John R. Santarsiero, Jr., Chief Executive Officer, COO and President
Mr. Santarsiero has been Chief Executive Officer of MediCepts, Inc. since November 2001. Mr. Santarsiero has extensive business experience as a private investor and retired fisherman. Mr. Santarsiero recently retired from the Board of Directors for SeaCoast Banking Corporation of Florida after 30 years of service. (NASDAQ: SBCF).

Norman F. Bressette, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Bressette has 35 years experience with United Technologies Corporation. He served in senior financial management positions in various segments of the corporation. These positions handled multi-year budgeting and forecasting as well as acquisitions and plans for establishing new business lines. He also served as lead negotiator on many large government and commercial programs. Mr. Bressette was responsible for the establishing of the accounting and reporting of various profit centers in one of their larger divisions. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Hartford.

Bonnie Santarsiero, Compliance Officer
Mrs. Santarsiero has served as Executive Vice Prsident since November, 2001. She has made significant contributions to  the marketing, billing, reimbursement and strategic planning for MediCepts. Mrs. Santarsiero holds a degree in finance from the University of Connecticut.

David R. Campbell, M.D., Medical Director
Dr. Campbell has served on the Board of Directors of SunCepts, Inc. since 2002 and as Medical Director of MediCepts, Inc. since 2002. Dr. Campbell is a practicing orthopaedic surgeon specializing in spinal surgery with Palm Beach Orthopaedic Institute with offices in Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, and West Palm Beach, Florida. In 2005, Dr. Campbell was named Medical Care Coordinator, Spinal Division for Blue Cross Blue Shield/Workers' Compensation Florida. After completing his orthopaedic residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Medical Center, Dr. Campbell completed fellowship training in adult spinal surgery at Kerlan-Jobe Clinic in Los Angeles, California. He also received pediatric spinal deformity surgery training at the Miami Children's Hospital.

Gaetano J. Scuderi, M.D., Director of Scientific Affairs
Dr. Scuderi is a fellowship-trained orthopedic spine surgeon practicing in Jupiter, Florida. Dr. Scuderi is a member of two Institutional Review Boards, has authored or co-authored over 25 articles published in peer-reviewed journals, and delivered over 35 presentations on a variety of medical topics to various medical conferences and audiences. After completing his orthopaedic residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Center, Dr. Scuderi completed fellowship-training in spine surgery at the University of California at San Diego. He also received pediatric spine training at Miami Children's Hospital.

Alan R. Carey, Director of Service
Mr. Carey has served as our Director of Service since mid-2004. Mr. Carey has worked as an engineer and service manager for numerous US and European medical companies, including Diasonics Inc., Radiological Engineering Inc., Siemens Medical Systems, Comdisco Medical Refurbisher, General Electric Medical, ARC Imaging Inc., and General Electric Healthcare. Mr. Carey is certified to repair ultrasound, nuclear medicine, x-ray, vascular, cardiology, Cat scanner & MRI systems. Mr. Carey has also served as an operations manager and a purchasing agent for a major medical refurbishing facility and has owned an overseas medical equipment brokerage.
